DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Your order will be fulfilled as promptly as possible. Orders are processed on weekdays only and usually ship within 2-14 days. Deliveries will be made via USPS or UPS. Goods will be delivered according to their availability. In case of incomplete delivery, only the goods delivered will be charged. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. loyale is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

loyale assures the quality of its products and your satisfaction. If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact service@loyaleclothing.com no later than 7 days upon receipt. All goods must be returned unwashed, unworn with all tags attached along with a copy of your original invoice. Please indicate on the back of your invoice form the reason for your return. In case goods are not available for an exchange, you will be reimbursed. All refunds to your account will take place within 7 days of receiving the returned items. Please note it can take up to 7 additional days for the credit to appear on your account. In case of returns, shipping costs are at the customers charge. For all end of season clearance purchases, items may be exchanged or returned for e-credit.
